Guarantee & Returns:
Returns are accepted on damaged and unused products. Please contact us via email if you receive a damaged product. Such items will be replaced with a like product and shipped free or a store credit will be issued. The Soy Candle Shoppe is committed to our customers. We will replace items only if there is a physical defect in the product. Replacement products will be in the same scent and color as original order, unless the item is out-of-stock in which case will be filled with a similar item or a store credit will be issued. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will not be processed for improper placement or display of candles.
If an item qualifies, returns are for merchandise totals only; shipping charges are a contracted service and cannot be refunded. Returns are to be sent, in their original, unused condition, by insured mail to the address above within 5 days from the invoice/sales receipt date. We are not responsible for any package shipped without insurance. Credits will not be issued for items not returned via insured mail. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
