| 6. | I don't like the scent of my candle. Can I change it?We only provide exchanges for damaged candles. We will replace it with the same scent. |

| 7. | Are your candles 100% natural?We use 100% pure soy wax, top-grade natural fragrances and pure essential oils too. We only use 100% cotton and paper wicks. |

| 8. | I'm sending a money order. How do I order online?We prefer that all orders go through our website to ensure proper order fulfillment & tracking.
If you choose to send a money order you can still place your order on the website, be sure to select money order as your payment method and proceed as if you are using paying online. Print your receipt and send it along with your payment.
